REIT Programs

Dividend Capital has sponsored the following real estate investment trust (REIT) programs:

Active program

Industrial Income Trust — a non-traded real estate investment trust (REIT) that intends to acquire and operate high-quality distribution warehouses and other industrial properties that are leased to creditworthy corporate customers.1 These properties produce income for the REIT by means of the rents the corporate customers pay to use the properties for their businesses.

Closed programs

Dividend Capital Total Realty Trust — a non-traded REIT that is designed to invest in a diversified portfolio of high-quality assets. Total Realty Trust raised approximately $1.9 billion of equity capital from 2006 - 2009.

DCT Industrial Trust2 — is a real estate company that owns, operates and develops high-quality bulk distribution and light industrial properties in high-volume distribution markets in the U.S. and Mexico. Dividend Capital Trust, the predecessor to DCT Industrial Trust prior to listing on the NYSE, raised approximately $1.7 billion of equity capital from 2003 - 2006.
