Frank Gaffney is senior vice president and director of operations for Dividend Capital Securities. Prior to joining Dividend Capital Securities, Mr. Gaffney worked at Founders Asset Management as senior vice president of operations where he was responsible for a variety of functions, including portfolio accounting, information technology, the transfer agency and shareholder services. He has been active in financial services since 1992, bringing a wealth of information technology management experience to Dividend Capital Securities. He holds a bachelor's degree in psychology and a master’s of business administration from the State University of New York at Albany.
