1 Each shareholder's specific dividend distribution amount for the quarter is calculated using daily record and declaration dates. To date, a portion of all dividends have been paid from cash flow from operations for assets owned by Dividend Capital Total Realty Trust, while a portion has been funded from the company's borrowings. It is possible future dividends may be paid wholly or partially from such borrowings. Dividend Capital Total Realty Trust's long-term strategy is to fund the payment of quarterly distributions to investors entirely from funds from its operations.
