Dividend Capital Trust, the predecessor to DCT Industrial Trust prior to listing on the NYSE, raised approximately $1.7 billion of equity capital from 2003 - 2006.
Industrial Income Trust — a non-traded real estate investment trust (REIT) that owns and operates high-quality distribution warehouses and other industrial properties that are leased to creditworthy corporate customers. - Although IPT intends to focus its investment activities primarily on distribution warehouses and other industrial properties, our charter and bylaws do not preclude it from investing in other types of commercial property or real estate debt.
- DCT Industrial Trust is no longer affiliated with Dividend Capital.
