Active programsDividend Capital Diversified Property Fund (DPF) — is an innovative net asset value (NAV) REIT — a commercial real estate program that offers pooled access to real estate investments with a daily net asset valuation. DPF owns and operates a diversified portfolio of high-quality real estate assets.
Industrial Property Trust (IPT) — operates as a REIT that acquires and operates high-quality distribution warehouses that are leased to corporate customers.1 IPT seeks to acquire properties that produce rental revenue for IPT by means of the rents the corporate customers pay to use the properties for their businesses.
Closed programsDCT Industrial Trust2 — is a real estate company that owns, operates and develops high-quality bulk distribution and light industrial properties in high-volume distribution markets in the U.S. and Mexico. Dividend Capital Trust, the predecessor to DCT Industrial Trust prior to listing on the NYSE, raised approximately $1.7 billion of equity capital from 2003 - 2006.
Industrial Income Trust3— Industrial Income Trust (IIT), a former public company sponsored by an affiliate of Industrial Property Trust Inc.’s sponsor, commenced its initial public offering in December 2009 as a non-traded real estate investment trust (REIT) that acquired, owned and managed generic, high-quality distribution warehouses leased to corporate customers. Throughout its initial offering from 2009-2012 and its follow-on offering from 2012-2013, IIT raised a total of approximately $2.2 billion. As of June 30, 2015, IIT had approximately $4.8 billion of assets under management with a portfolio spanning 19 major industrial markets throughout the United States, consisting of 296 buildings totaling more than 60 million square feet, including development projects. In July 2015, IIT entered into a definitive merger agreement with an affiliate of Global Logistic Properties Limited (GLP), and the transaction closed in November 2015.
